Der Projektraum Eiswürfel - seit den Anfängen der Kolonie dabei - versteht sich als inszenatorischer Ort, der an der Schnittstelle von Kunstformen wie Bildende Kunst, aber auch Musik, Performance und Literatur Synergien sucht, erspürt und schafft. Durch den persönlichen, salonartigen Charakter und der offenen Atmosphäre soll der Raum eine Einladung - nicht nur für Kunstinteressierte, sondern auch Neugierige - sein, Schwellen abbauen und sich somit seiner Verwurzelung im Quartier bewußt bleiben und dies nach außen erfahrbar machen.

This art space, part of Kolonie Wedding from the beginning, considers itself as a place for staging visual arts as well as music, performances and literature. As such it seeks to create synergies between different art forms. We invite the connoisseur of art as well as anyone with a curious mind to discover the unique atmosphere of our salon-like exhibition space - in the hope to transcend conventional barriers and express a sense of belonging to this unique neighborhood.
